TUBE SITES – FILESHARING SITES – PIRACY – the real story

I have caught a number of members / ex members recently who have been uploading our scenes to various platforms and I want to put forward our case why this is so damaging.

 

The main defence that I get back from the people we catch is basically – well youre a  big rich studio and im just a little poor guy – and your stuff is all over the internet for free – so why are you picking on me and you have so much money it doesn’t hurt you.

This raises a number of points

 

• We are not a rich studio – without subsidy from DVD sales the club site would not exist – it does not get enough in sales to support itself. And we are constantly wondering why we bother to keep it going when people just use it as a way to grab our files and to spread them across the globe for free. We have had to fire 3 people in the last 3 months – all because of this free content –  why would people pay for our material when they can get it for free. This piracy costs real people their jobs, models lower wages etc

Many of the requests you make on the comments section are fantasy land because we don’t have the money. We cant give the models enough that they only work for us – they need to have jobs etc outside of porn. Its just a little extra for them. So we csnt tell them not to shave or not to get tattoos – we simply dont pay them enough to have any control – they turn up on the day do the shoot and then go back to their own lives.

This is not Hollywood – and nearly 40% of studios have gone bust In the last 3 years. This trend will continue – and many of the studios around now do not really make money – and really struggle to keep going – whatever appearance they may choose to give off.

 

• The second point – well I see your files everywhere – everyone is at it – so why do you pick on me. I have been fighting piracy for some time now – and actually it’s a very small group of dedicated people who spread our files about. Its not lots of people – the initial break is usually one person – who joins our site and then uploads elsewhere – the nature of the internet is that it the spreads from there like wildfire. But if that one guy had not done It then the files would stay only on our site

So I appeal to all of you – please do not upload our material elsewhere – put comments on peoples accounts on tube and filesharing and torrent sites pointing out that they are killing studios with this activity. If you help me by actively warning other people off and of course not uploading what you get from our site elsewhere we really can win – then we can spend more on production and more on models, and staff can earn a decent wage and we can lower the price on the site – i would love to charge 4.99 for a month and if we had enough members i would – but that is fantasy land at the moment –

 

We have introduced many new measures to try and combat the problem – some of which are an inconvenience to our real fans like you , and i hate that we have to do that – but we are trying our best – I call on you all to help us by not uploading our files elsewhere and by telling off those that do, and reporting illegal files when you see them

You can report through the ticket support system illegal files you do see to me and I will get them removed –

Help us shut the door on pirates and keep studios alive, and thank you for your support – we appreciate you very much

Hi Steve.That is unacceptable. I have reported every clip I found somewhere. But if you cut off one head of this Medusa, the next grows. I noticed that many of these pages are in Spanish. Do you know where they are South America? maybe ?
